My name is Jim Knox, I am the general manager of the company and I am a former Realtor for 14 years, I was licensed in Alaska and California. In 2006 I was questioning the future of the real estate market values and made some dire predictions, unfortunately for the market they came true. You can go here to see my blog entries from 2006.

I was also an International Business Consultant for 7 years, offices in Portland, Oregon, Schaumburg Illinois and Nassau, The Bahamas. I have experience in asset preservation mechanisms such as personal property and real property trusts and I have a better than average understanding of the economy including currency trading and stock option trading.

I am the consummate entrepreneur and have a good grasp on Social Networks and Social Media Marketing. I created this blog and all the graphics and have built a dozen other blogs, some for clients, others for myself, one of which has been receiving a lot of international attention.
